Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Special Education teaching experience, with a focus on transition-aged students (18-22 years).
• WA Special Education license and ESA certificate (verification required).
• Demonstrated history in school settings; prior transition classroom experience is absolutely required.
• Mid-career educator comfortable with onsite-only positions.
• Must participate in BIE adjudication and pre-screening processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time instruction (37.5 hours per week) to learners in a transition classroom setting.
• Support the educational and life skills development of students aged 18-22.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for individualized student plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client-specific protocols.
