Procurement Coordinator

Arcadis is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Albany, New York. As the Procurement Coordinator, you’ll be an important partner to the Procurement team, helping support Arcadis’ fast-paced advanced-technology projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with execution teams, support day-to-day procurement activities, and help keep information and processes organized across functional groups. This position is a great fit for someone who is tech-savvy and detail-oriented, and who enjoys staying organized and supporting collaborative teams while working on complex projects. Provide professional, day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement team. Keep documentation and filing organized and aligned with corporate guidelines. Coordinate purchasing for office goods and services, including cleaning and related needs. Maintain accurate databases, logs, and correspondence to help the team stay on track. Help with contract issuance and supplier administration. Enter accurate, detailed information into company databases. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to support team and project needs. Support reviews of complex packages and deliverables using established guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: Associate’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Proven ability to learn digital platforms quickly, experience with Procore or ACC is a plus Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required.
