Patient Access Associate

Your job is more than a job. Be the first friendly face patients seeacross the Northshore. As a Patient Access Associate in our clinic, you welcome patients, schedule appointments, handle check-ins, and ensure patient information is accurate and secure. You help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared forespecially when they're feeling stressed or unsure.

This role offers a variety of clinic settings across the Northshore, giving you the opportunity to support multiple teams and patients while keeping your days dynamic and engaging. You'll work closely with providers and clinic staff to keep operations running smoothly, all while building a career in a supportive, growth-focused healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients in person and by phone
• Schedule and check in patients for clinic visits
• Register patients and verify insurance and demographics
• Scan documents and verify coverage
• Explain financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate

Location & Schedule Details

This position supports multiple Northshore clinic locations with a consistent rotation:

• Franklinton: Every Tuesday (full day)
• Mondays: 1st Monday of each month (morning only)
• Wednesdays: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays (morning only)
• Additional travel to other Northshore locations as needed

Minimum Requirement

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
