This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and the facility.This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent operation and minimizing production downtime. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to support both people and processes in a manufacturing setting.**Key Responsibilities:** (including but not limited to)* Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors* Install and service electronic equipment* Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet Program Fanuc robots* Execute and improve preventative maintenance Perform fast-paced repairs to minimize production downtime* Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex machinery* Safely operate hand tools, shop tools and operational equipment* Adhere to safety protocols to prevent unexpected machine startup during maintenance* Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, equipment status, and parts used* Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications & Requirements**:* High School Diploma or equivalent* Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems – certification, license or associate degree required.* Ability to operate the forklift and/or scissor lift a safe manner and gain license within 3 business days* Previous experience in a production environment* Ability to interpret reports & analyze data* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills**Must be able to:*** Lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level* Lift, push and pull weights of up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally* Work daily overtime and weekend support as dictated by production schedule.* Read machine schematics* Operate industrial equipment* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals## Company: Delta Faucet CompanyShift 3 (United States of America)### ### Full time### ### Hiring Range: $34.17 - $38.69 USD### ### Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.*Delta Faucet Company* *(the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and* *we* *strive to employ the most qualified individuals for every position***.** *The Company makes employment decisions only based on merit.
