With an international presence and a strong collaborative culture, the firm is known for delivering innovative legal solutions and fostering professional growth.Job DescriptionSupport all phases of litigation, including filings, discovery and trial preparationPrepare and submit court documents via electronic filing systems (e.g. PACER, e-filing tools)Assist with drafting pleadings, briefs and other legal documentationConduct legal and non-legal research using tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis and online databasesManage and organize case files, ensuring compliance with internal protocolsUse litigation support platforms (e.g. Relativity) to manage and analyze large data setsCoordinate eDiscovery processes, including document collection and production trackingPrepare chronologies, exhibits and key document sets for attorney reviewAssist with depositions, hearings, interviews and trial preparationTrack deadlines and proactively support case teamsMaintain knowledge of relevant court rules and proceduresMentor junior team members and support best practice adoptionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
