Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining What you'll do Provide consistent professional medical treatments, facial and body treatments in accordance with office protocols and accepted certification practices. Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures Concentrate on patient retention and referrals Maintain a social media presence and engagement Team player Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations Handle patients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously Qualifications Minimum one year practicing medical aesthetics. Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of skincare services while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered Location New York Area Job Type P art-Time Compensation $25 - $30 + commission/bonus opportunities Schedule/Availability 30 hours or less per week. Flexible availability, including weekends (approximately 3 weekend shifts per month).
