Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Senior Analyst – Application and Process Services, based in Glasgow.You’ll be a functional specialist and Subject Matter Expert for our Infor CloudSuite ERP system and corresponding business processes. You’ll be responsible for providing application, data, and process support, acting as an escalation point, and effectively managing business requests. You'll manage projects that contribute to the design, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of these services, while also ensuring process governance aligns with our service level agreements and continuous improvement goals.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst - Application and Process Services:Serve as a central Subject Matter Expert for our Infor CloudSuite ERP system and back-office processes, owning problem resolution and driving impactful change while ensuring robust documentation.Solve technically complex challenges, delivering high-quality solutions for incident, problem, and project management, always meeting our service levels and deadlines.Drive process integrity, ensuring compliance across our services by guiding teams and upholding accountability.Engage with senior stakeholders, translating their needs into precise requirements and detailed specifications that drive innovation.Collaborate closely with our Global Process Owners, aligning on standard practices to support solution enhancements and delivery. Take a lead role in delivering key IT improvement projects and enhancements.
