Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• We require proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We require strong writing ability and excellent grammar.
• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We require candidates to be based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• We design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations.
• We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We deliver feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
• We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving complex problems, and analyzing data.
