Remote Account Manager

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on revenue growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality presentations and develop appropriate prospect strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management or equivalent roles in the IT/Tech Industry Proven track record in customer relationship management and deal closure Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Experience in a Software Engineering role or related degree is a plus
