Additionally, you are responsible for quality assurance, customer satisfaction and daily oversight of all processes and procedures. Position directly supervises all aspects of daily operations and is knowledgeable in all areas of the department. Under the supervision of the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, the HME Supervisor has general oversight of employee safety, performance, quality and compliance, and the day-to-day monitoring of operational results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all daily operations of the HME program, including department scheduling and coverage of job duties for HME staff in times of staff absences. Must be willing to support operational needs outside of regular business hours. Responsible for oversight of inventory assets/supplies, warehouse management, and inventory controls (cost management, equipment maintenance, and replacement). Ensures customer service systems (software, procedures, and processes) are efficient and effective. Ensures compliance with all HME regulatory guidelines and quality standards. Monitors productivity and efficiency. Under the guidance of the Manager of Strategic Initiatives - develops and implements action plans to address any issues identified. Under the guidance of the Manager of Strategic Initiatives - evaluates, counsels, and disciplines employees on the HME staff. Establishes safe work practices and work environments to protect the safety and wellbeing of employees. Educates other PIHC staff regarding services available through the HME program. Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager of Strategic Initiatives. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration or AAS in Respiratory Therapy and 2 years of work experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred; valid driver's license, appropriate auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Experience can be in lieu of education or combination of both may be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
