Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition for corporate teams in the Greater Seattle area. You will own the strategy, oversee a central recruiting team, and partner with executives across HR, Finance, Legal, and Business Leadership to deliver exceptional end-to-end talent experiences.
You will build talent strategies, operating frameworks, and performance metrics to enable scalable hiring for Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal functions.
