What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality ICU patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment
Use the nursing process to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate interventions
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Manage and delegate nursing resources effectively
Document patient information accurately using Epic or similar systems
Adapt care practices to meet diverse patient needs and privacy standards
Support patient education and discharge planning as needed

What You Need:

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
Proficiency in electronic health record systems, preferably Epic
Strong communication and judgment skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
Advanced certifications in clinical specialty areas
