The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive employment counseling and handle complex litigation matters. Duties Provide employment counseling and compliance guidance. Handle employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, complex, and class action cases. Conduct internal investigations and deliver objective findings. Advise on high-risk employment matters, including terminations and accommodations. Support clients with labor issues and workforce management strategies. Requirements 3-5 years of labor & employment experience in counseling and litigation. Strong background in employment law compliance. Experience with internal investigations and traditional labor matters. Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications California State Bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
