Lead Data Engineer

The company is undergoing a complete transformation in how it manages data and is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to help build a new, all‑in‑one data platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business leaders across trading groups, research teams, historical data teams, and global offices.

Base pay range
$350,000.00/yr - $900,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
- Architect and build a next‑generation data platform, including ETL/ELT pipelines and migration projects
- Partner with trading, research, and global teams to design scalable, high‑performance real‑time data solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving best practices and technical excellence
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including recent leadership experience
- Hands‑on experience with Databricks migration or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of data governance principles
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field
