Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs. \n
- Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, using culturally sensitive techniques to foster inclusion and understanding. \n
- Regularly monitor and document clients' progress toward therapeutic goals to ensure continued efficacy of treatments. \n
- Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists or specialty services, when necessary to support comprehensive care. \n
- Respond effectively to crisis situations with strong intervention strategies, maintaining a calm and supportive presence. \n
You will work with a varied demographic that includes individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, such as substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic environment and necessitates the need for cultural competence in all interactions. Your ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet these diverse needs will be essential to fostering positive treatment outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada. \n
- A minimum of four years of experience working in mental health counseling or related fields. \n
- Thorough understanding of mental health disorders as well as evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
- Experience administering therapy in both individual and group settings. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds. \n

- Experience addressing substance abuse and recovery, along with relevant certifications, is a plus. \n
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with medical professionals. \n
- Exposure to crisis intervention protocols and group therapy techniques within diverse community settings. \n
The anticipated salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
