Commercial Maintenance Technician

Part-Time Commercial Property Maintenance Technician We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help maintain our commercial property to a high standard. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can identify and address maintenance needs proactively, and works well independently. Responsibilities include: Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general property upkeep Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented commercial spaces Identifying maintenance needs and addressing issues in a timely manner Coordinating with management and outside vendors as needed Managing tasks independently and maintaining a high standard of workmanship Tenant Liaison Responsibilities: Serving as a professional and responsive point of contact for tenants Building positive relationships and helping ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction Communicating maintenance needs, updates, and property-related information clearly and professionally Responding to tenant concerns with courtesy, professionalism, and discretion Maintaining strong communication between tenants, management, and service providers Qualifications: Previous commercial property maintenance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Impeccable oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of tenants and vendors Flexible schedule and availability Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Dependable, professional, proactive, and personable approach to work #J-18808-Ljbffr
