We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Truck Loaders/Unloaders in Athens, AL. This position involves loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Athens, AL facility supports manufacturing operations by producing and assembling high-quality office furniture and related products. Loader/Unloader Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)

• Assemble office furniture components and finished products
• Operate production equipment and hand tools
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals

Loader/Unloader Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as required
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including varying temperatures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Must have valid driver license
• Associates who demonstrate good attendance, strong performance, and a positive attitude may be eligible for a pay increase to $18.00 per hour after 30 days, based on performance and client requirements.
