Shift Lead

Shift Lead (Management) Marco's Pizza is interviewing now! We are seeking Shift Leaders (Management level). This position supervises the entire crew and all work stations in the day-to-day operations of a Marco's Pizza store on either day or night shifts. This position leads to Assistant Manager and then General Manager for the right candidates. Only applicants with resumes submitted will be considered. Part of your workweek is "Closing the store" (on some nights) and is a requirement after training. It means you do some of the closing work to allow the store to finish for the day. We close at 11 pm Sun-Thur, and 12 am Fri-Sat. We are more interested in you as a person and what your potential may be. Prior fast‑food experience is useful but not necessary; we teach you our Marco's Pizza system. Location 4279 US-27 Suite H, Clermont, FL 34711. Responsibilities Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does so. Product, Service, and Image fall under the Shift Leader’s responsibilities; we are looking for future managers and are willing to train candidates who have what it takes. We are opening many stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers. They are well paid and have various incentives in place. We need multiple Shift Leads for our high-volume stores. The position will give you management experience that will be valuable with any employer. It’s a fast-paced, fun environment.
