Position Overview We are currently recruiting for a Processing Specialist in our Mesa Arizona Headquarters. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and accuracy, and time management skills. This position will review and process documents, perform various auditing tasks, and perform research on vehicle related violations in a high-volume processing environment. Essential Responsibilities Accurately maintain functional reporting Open, Count, Sort, Review, and Scan incoming Mail Audit Source documents against established rules for quality assurance Develop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to processes and services Meet the performance goals established for the position Collaborate with internal and external partners Exhibit effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills tailored to the audience Notify leadership of any system issues, client concerns, process breakdowns, and other feedback to ensure quick review and resolution Assist with special projects from leadership on an as-needed basis Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an office environment performing administrative duties including inbound mail processing, auditing or review, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and/or related administrative duties Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and Excel Ability to use various equipment including computers, copier, scanner and mail opening machine Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens Strong attention to detail and quality driven The ability to problem solve using analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others Able to recognize a problem and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution Able to lift up to 20lbs Verra Mobility Values An ideal candidate for this role naturally works in alignment with the Verra Mobility Core Values: Own It.
