Solving problems like a pro: billing queries, meter issues, and complex energy conundrums. End‑to‑end service: handling queries from start to finish, including complaints, to ensure first‑time resolution. Thinking on your feet: no scripts, no robotic responses – just real conversation. Treating every customer with care: warmth, kindness, and going the extra mile. Making a difference: helping clients with energy bills or greener choices.
