Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their unique diagnoses and goals.
• Guide patients through an array of therapeutic exercises and activities that focus on improving their mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to promote their independence in recovery.
• Utilize modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting improvements in range of motion, strength, and overall functionality in our electronic health record system.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are organized and ready for each therapy session.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide emotional support for patients, fostering a motivating environment that encourages each individual on their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality and rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
