Customer Relations Representative

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Technical Skills : Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills.
