Landscape Installer

We’re looking for a Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and loves seeing a finished project come to life. In this role, you’ll work alongside a skilled crew to build and install beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area. Job Type Full-time What You'll Do Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction or a related field is a plus – but not required Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program) Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Basic customer service and communication skills Ability to pass background check, drug screening and DOT physical SAFETY‑SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment.
