Treasury Advisory Executive (Director)

Treasury Advisory Executive (Director) Senior member of the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Advisory team within the Specialized Product Sales group reporting directly to the Global Head of Advisory. This role delivers independent, consultative treasury advisory services to a broad client base of multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Strategic Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders in finance and treasury functions, provide objective guidance on treasury strategy, operating models, transformation initiatives, and develop tailored insights. Treasury Advisory Expertise – Provide guidance across corporate treasury topics: international expansion and operating model design, shared-service center operations and treasury centralization, liquidity management and cash structuring models, business resilience, governance, and compliance, treasury technology (ERP & TMS integration), treasury transformation. Typical engagement scenarios: mergers and acquisitions, risk-management frameworks, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay optimization, cash forecasting, in-house bank structures, market intelligence. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership – Conduct research, present findings, develop white papers, represent the bank at industry forums. Internal Partnership & Contribution – Collaborate with internal teams, support client strategy, develop advisory frameworks, contribute to proposals. Additional Responsibilities Manage client engagements and account management to grow market share. Represent the bank at industry events and lead consultative discussions. Assist banking line partners in treasury management and product risk. Drive segment initiatives across product, sales, and client relationship teams. Identify emerging product trends and develop responses. Act as product and industry expert in client call planning and reviews. Required Qualifications 7-10 years of corporate treasury, finance, and/or treasury advisory consulting experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders on strategy and operations. Strong understanding of treasury principles, operating models, and processes. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Advanced presentation and thought-leadership capabilities. Willingness to travel approximately 30%. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with treasury technology landscapes, ERP, and TMS. Understanding of regulatory environments and market practices. Professional certifications (CTP, CPA, CGMA) are advantageous. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $146,500.00 - $234,000.00, based on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for annual discretionary incentive plan.
