Senior Digital Designer (Retail & Social) Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Soni is seeking a Senior Digital Designer (Retail & Social) to join a fast-paced, in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a highly conceptual designer who thrives on bringing campaigns to life across social and digital channels. You'll partner closely with copywriters, project managers, production teams, and creative leadership to develop engaging, brand-driven creative that connects with customers across multiple touchpoints. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands who enjoys balancing big-picture creative thinking with hands-on execution. What You'll Do: Concept and execute engaging social and digital creative aligned with brand strategy and guidelines. Partner with copywriters to develop compelling campaign concepts and content across multiple digital channels. Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns. Collaborate with project managers, production, studio, and creative leadership to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Support creative development from concept through production while maintaining brand consistency. Capture and edit photography for product and lifestyle content, both in-house and on location. Contribute ideas informed by industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive research. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What We're Looking For: 4–6+ years of professional design experience within an in-house creative team or agency environment. Experience designing for retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands . Strong portfolio showcasing social media, digital campaigns, and integrated creative work. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual storytelling. Experience concepting alongside copywriters and cross-functional creative teams. Photography experience, including styling and image capture. Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects, GIF creation, etc.). Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Required Skills: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related design discipline preferred.
