Geriatric Physical Therapist Home-Based Mobility & Safety
PACE Southeast Michigan
PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement treatment plans aimed at improving participant mobility and function. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for elderly participants. Your role includes performing assessments, providing treatment sessions, and maintaining clinical records. A Michigan licensure and experience with frail populations are required.
