• Solo- OTR: up to $0.65 Base Pay CPM plus $.04 variable Performance (Safety/Service) Bonus
• Teams: up to $.84 Base Pay CPM plus $.04 variable Performance (Safety/Service) Bonus
• Plus! Milestone increases every 50,000 miles and no pay cap!
• $2500 Experienced Driver Referral Bonus
• $100/$200 Clean DOT Inspection Bonus
• $100 NYC (5 boroughs) Not forced- East Regional
• $75 per day for breakdown/layover pay after 24 hours
• $75 Hazmat bonus
• $20 for each additional stop (excludes first pick up and last delivery)
• $15 per hour ($3.75/15 mins) after 2 hours for detention at a customer (must be on time, send proper macros, and have in/out times listed on BOL)
• $.02/mi Trainee tuition reimbursement
