We’re currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team and help patients recover safely and comfortably in their homes. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LVN to join our team. The LVN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes, under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
