Key Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Conduct screenings and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to enhance student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
• Use creative strategies and current technologies to engage students and achieve therapy goals
