Shift : 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Note: this req is internally labeled Part Time despite this full time hour schedule, the same discrepancy pattern seen on prior reqs using this same VMS platform - worth confirming with the client.
Client Overview
You'd be working in the mailroom of a healthcare services company that supports disability and Medicaid related programs, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents, and keeping member files organized.

- Mail processing and document scanning
- SSI and CSHCS application data entry
- Electronic document filing and inventory tracking
What You'll Do
- Print and process all outgoing letters, disability packets, and Medicare packets with appropriate attachments, multiple times a day
- Document all incoming mail in the SSI and CSHCS applications
- Scan and email mail to telecommuters through Outlook
- Save documents to member folders
- Track inventory of stationery and order supplies in a timely manner
What We Need From You
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable navigating the internet
- Valid driver's license required
