Bookkeeper

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities :- Maintaining the General Ledger.
- Preparing Journal Entries per QuickBooks.
- Printing month end financial statements: P&L, BS, and Detailed GL.
- Reconcile and/or review Bank Account reconciliations and other accounts.
- Perform weekly check run produced within QuickBooks and uploaded list to the bank for positive pay recognition using csv files.
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel).
- strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, knowledge of accounting principles (like GAAP).
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- The ability to manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
