Responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Analyze financial statements, business performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for business planning and decision-making.

• Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.

• Monitor financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data.

• Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts.

• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and market developments impacting the business


Candidates for Senior Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 4-7 years of relevant business experience , or 6-9 years of relevant business experience in lieu of a degree.

• Strong understanding of business fundamentals, financial analysis, performance metrics, and applicable standards, methods, processes, and practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project .

• Experience with business and financial systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Brio, PassPort, CIS, EPS, forecasting and business modeling tools , or similar enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

• Ability to retrieve, analyze, and interpret large data sets to support business needs.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

• Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making in a complex business environment.

Pay Details: $62.03 per hour
