Job Description Summary Seeking a full‑time Medical Assistant/CMA/RMA in Brooksville, FL. Join Millennium Physician Group’s primary care team. Monday – Friday hours, 8 paid holidays + 1 personal paid holiday. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more. Responsibilities Collect patient vitals, medical histories, and administer diagnostic testing. Assist in examinations and treatment under the direction of the Physician, ARNP or PA. Perform basic medical procedures and enter data in the electronic health records. Deliver excellent patient experience and customer service. Support referral processes, patient portal, and other administrative tasks. Qualifications and Experience Completed a Medical Assisting Program or hold relevant certification/registration (CMA, CPR, BLS). CPR/BLS certification and must keep certifications current. Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena preferred. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 10 pounds routinely and 25 pounds occasionally. Visual requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjustment of focus.
