Position Overview

• Built in referrals from inside the group (including referrals from surrounding rural offices), ready-made patient panel.

• Ability to collaborate within the Mercy Health Network of Radiation Oncologists to share best practices and resources and team with local Hematology/Oncology providers.

• Position covers one location site, MercyOne Cancer Center, Dubuque Iowa.

Comprehensive Cancer Center

Medical Associates Hematology/Oncology team opened a state of the art, fully integrated, comprehensive cancer center at the MercyOne Cancer Center in June 2020. The center is the first in Dubuque and the tri-state region to conveniently offer an array of hematology/oncology outpatient services including chemotherapy infusion along with radiation oncology services in the same building. Features of the cancer center include state-of-the-art technology, access to pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, nurse navigators, and other members of the care team in one convenient location.
