Oncology Nurse Practitioner – Brainerd, MN

What You'll Do

Manage a patient load of 12–15 patients daily in a mixed hematology and oncology practice
Conduct consultations and coordinate overall care under hospitalist oversight
Collaborate with an MD and a team of RNs in a clinic setting
Utilize Epic system for all clinical documentation and processes
Provide expert oncology and hematology care as per certification and experience
Participate in hospital and clinic-based responsibilities, including patient education and care planning

What You Need

Valid board certification or eligibility in Oncology or Hematology
Minimum of 3 weeks/month commitment, ideally full-time
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
