Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) (#171410)

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Requirements:

3 years RN OR 4 years professional nursing with mental/physical injury/illness and/or developmental disabilities experience
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN License
BLS (AHA)
At least 1 + years in a leadership role/supervisor role as a Registered Nurse preferred
Comfortable working the 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:

Support nurse manager with planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services
Oversee/guide nursing care delivery; audit and evaluate nursing services and outcomes
Conduct nursing-focused risk management reviews and support infection control processes
Contribute to policy/procedure development and staff education/training
Supervise non-professional staff and ensure evidence-based, compliant patient care
