Carpenter We are seeking skilled carpenters for an exciting project in Londonderry, NH. This is a $220 million project, ranked among the top 10 in the Northeast, involving the construction of six different buildings including multi-family units, a clubhouse, and retail spaces. The project will run until September 2027, and currently, the focus is on Frame to Finish work. The role involves installing door handles, decks, railings, and other carpentry tasks. Starting Wage will be $25 - $30 an hour for 4+ year carpenters. If you need over $30 you’ll need to be able to frame, finish, and do punch list work with ease. Responsibilities Perform Frame to Finish carpentry work. Install door handles, decks, and railings. Work collaboratively on a team to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure all carpentry work meets high-quality standards. Essential Skills Proficient in carpentry with a focus on Frame to Finish work. Experience in construction, particularly in framing and finish carpentry. Knowledge of rough carpentry techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in commercial construction is beneficial. Ability to work on large-scale construction projects. Why Work Here?
