Assess student learning; adjust instruction accordingly. Establish and maintain classroom management plan. Work is performed under the supervision of the principal / superintendent. Requirements and skills * Working knowledge of current education topics and methodologies; * Patient, resourceful, punctual, and resilient personality; * Ability to effectively analyze needs and solve problems objectively; * Attention to detail; * Ability to meet deadlines; * Working knowledge of relevant educational technology; * Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, occasionally lift, move and/or support up to 50 pounds (and/or up to adult-size body weight with two-to-three-person lift) * Ability to effectively instruct and assess fifth grade Arizona State Standards; * BA/BS degree in elementary education from an accredited institution; * Valid AZ elementary education certificate.
