Personal Care Assistant Substitute Support roles are available for compassionate individuals eager to make a difference in the school environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Aid students individually or in small groups as directed by school staff or teachers
• Support students in their academic, behavioral, and social growth within the classroom
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, participation, mobility, and personal care needs
• Follow behavior support plans and implement IEP strategies as needed
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• TB test and current background clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT familiarity is an advantage but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative individuals encouraged to apply
