Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2

Type & Duration: Contract | 6 months

 

Full Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Maintenance/Utilities Engineer:
• You ́ll maintain the machinery and equipment of the molding and assembly department in operating conditions according to the manufacturer's instructions and following the company's procedures.
• Follow quality standards in accordance with company policy and cGMP and FDA requirements. Understanding of cGxP requirements
• Troubleshoot & support: Various PLC formats with heavy emphasis on Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI hardware and software: SLC, PLC, ControlLogix, PanelView
• Performs alternating or rotating shift work as well as requirement to work during maintenance shutdowns.

Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot & support: Various PLC formats with heavy emphasis on Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI hardware and software: SLC, PLC, ControlLogix, PanelView
2. Responsible for the operation of the primary equipment of the plant (chillers, dryers, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, general lighting, pumping system.)
3. Responsible for filling out forms related to maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive, or corrective maintenance.
4. Responsible for executing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
5. Responsible for the movements and installation of machinery.
6. Responsible for corrective maintenance tasks on the equipment
7. Responsible for the application of order and cleanliness in the department (5's). \nCompany Description
