This person should understand local homebuyer preferences, be comfortable managing multiple active projects, and be able to make strategic renovation decisions that drive value and profitability.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of residential renovation projects throughout the Salt Lake City marketCoordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on budget and on scheduleConduct regular site visits and provide hands-on project oversightLeverage local market knowledge to make renovation decisions that maximize property value and appeal to buyersBuild and maintain relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providersReview project scopes, budgets, timelines, and overall project performancePartner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from acquisition through saleManage an average pipeline of 15-18 active renovation projects at varying stagesIdentify opportunities to improve project efficiency, quality, and return on investment
