Operations Manager We are a forward-thinking law firm on track for aggressive growth, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager works directly with the Owner and Firm Administrator to support the legal team and help clients navigate life-changing legal matters. Compensation Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year. Full-time, hybrid (40 hours per week). Bonus opportunities available for those who demonstrate profitability and meet key performance indicators. Team leadership – Supervise non-attorney staff, provide regular feedback, and conduct 1-1s to ensure high employee engagement. Financial oversight – Oversee billing functions, manage A/R collections, and ensure 100% accuracy in bi-weekly payroll. Quality control – Perform audits of the CMS/CRM and work products to ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Vendor management – Act as the first point of contact for software applications, facility maintenance, and office inventory. Qualifications Excellent scheduler with meticulous attention to detail. Strong multitasker who can change gears quickly without dropping any responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and background in law firm project and process management. “No drama” professional who takes initiative and completes tasks with minimal hand-holding. Prior experience as a legal secretary or paralegal is a major plus.
