Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your primary focus will be creating an outstanding experience for our clients.
You'll:
- Help clients by phone, email, and in person
- Answer billing, policy, and coverage questions
- Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
- Review client accounts to identify coverage gaps
- Recommend additional products that better protect our clients
- Build long-term relationships through proactive service
- Keep accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with our licensed agents to provide a world-class client experience

Bonus Points If You Have
- Customer service experience
- Insurance experience
- Banking experience
- Retail or hospitality management experience
- Call center experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
