Set up and operate CNC or manual machines to produce parts to specifications

Maintain production rates to meet hourly output targets

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards

Complete production and quality documentation such as SPC records

Replace tools and drills and adjust tool offsets as needed

Count and track parts produced for accurate job reporting

Perform basic CNC programming, setup, and machine maintenance tasks

Maintain a clean and organized work area within the machine shop

High school or technical school training in machining preferred

Experience in CNC machining or machine shop environments preferred

Ability to read and interpret part drawings and technical specifications

Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Ability to maintain accountability for quality and production output

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and handle workplace demands

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods in a machine shop environment
