Patient Support Representative (East Location)

Required Skills:
- Previous experience in clinical or healthcare settings
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably EPIC
- Ability to interpret health plans, verify coverage, and understand co-pays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in compliance with HIPAA
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with appointment scheduling software
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with Medicaid and sliding fee discount programs
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in healthcare reception or administrative roles, especially involving patient data and insurance verification
Other Requirements:
- TB test clearance required prior to start
- Capable of working onsite at our Cleveland facility from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Ability to commit to an initial duration of 3 to 6 months with potential extension
