Human Resources Assistant / Recruiting Specialist

Initiates candidate contact, phone screens/interviews, and follow-ups. Interviews and coordinates candidate logistics Resolves applicant inquiries related to open positions Manages recruitment communications with candidates Coordinate and track credentialing for schools, programs, etc. Compiles and prepares job information for advertising of open positions. Assists with pipeline progression and ensures a smooth candidate experience; Maintains recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up to date Performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties related to human resources activities. Assists with setting up training for onboarding new hires Monitors tracking for benefit eligibility Provides overall administrative support to the employment/recruitment area, including maintaining, processing documentation and records. Monitors all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks; Capable of working in a fast-paced environment; Strong computer literacy Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Good planning and organizational skills Collaborative and enthusiastic professional Friendly and approachable Ability to clear FBI, DOJ, and TB testing Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience highly preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in candidate recruitment processes, including phone screening, interviewing, and managing recruitment communications.
