Residential Life Mentor for Teens

The SEED Public Charter School of Washington DC

A prominent urban boarding school located in Washington, D.C., is seeking a Resident Advisor to create a safe residential environment for high-school students. In this role, you will manage a student house, supervise students, and provide mentorship to foster their growth and well-being. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and experience in youth development.
