Veterinary Client Service Representative Location: Fort Worth, TX. Our 25,000 square foot 24/7 Animal Hospital offers a unique environment with glass walls designed to calm pets. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to provide exceptional front‑desk service while coordinating all facets of client care. Experience & Skills Requirements 1+ year of customer service experience; veterinary experience highly preferred. Basic knowledge of veterinary triage and clinic operations. Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Strong multitasking ability. Availability for rotating weekends, evenings, and holidays. Commitment to delivering empathetic, gold‑standard care to patients. Positive, trustworthy communication with clients and team members. Eager to grow professionally and advance within our organization. Role Responsibilities Greet clients and pets, complete registrations, and inform clients of expected wait times. Answer non‑medical inquiries and educate clients as needed. Manage phone calls, emails, faxes, and transfer calls appropriately. Schedule appointments, including diagnostics, and coordinate with referral staff. Maintain accurate client and patient records in the computer system. Keep the front desk, reception, waiting, and exam areas clean and organized. Reconcile financial transactions, review charges, and ensure accurate cash handling. Provide mentorship and support to new and existing team members.
