Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $1,250-$1,400 per week

Newly hired drivers in this role currently earn an average of $1,300 per week, depending on attendance and individual performance.

Pay based on an industry leading percentage (%) of linehaul structure

Additional % for seniority and meeting individual weekly performance goals

Bonuses

Referral bonuses up to $900 per referral

Performance and safety bonuses available

Home every night

Day shift, start times will vary

This position will run mostly at end dumps with occasional fill ins on pneumatic cement runs as needed

Monday-Friday, occasional weekend may be required

Drop and Hook routes out of Savannah, do not need to enter landfill!

All routes within 100 air miles of Savannah

Equipment

End Dump, Tipper Trailers, xywuqvp Dry Bulk Pneumatic

Will train drivers on equipment

Peterbilts & Macks

Offer newer, state of the art equipment with safety features, electronic logs

Qualifications

Must have valid CDL A License

23 years of age

1 year of recent, safe, verifiable commercial tractor-trailer experience

Dump truck experience preferred but not required

Good MVR and CSA scores

Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug test

Must be able to pass a road test and essential job functions test
