Job Description: Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician I Location: Quincy, IL Department: Clarity Healthcare – Recovery Services Available Shifts: Part time: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM & Overnight Shifts *On-call as needed *Must be 21 years old On-the-job training – no prior experience required Hourly pay: $16.50 + shift differential ($0.50 – $2.00, if applicable) Start Your Career with Purpose Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Key Responsibilities Collaborative Care: Actively participate in treatment planning and team meetings Client Support: Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education as needed Program Monitoring: Ensure clients follow program rules and report behaviors to supervisors Medication Oversight: Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff Admissions & Orientation: Support intake processes including safety checks and specimen collection Transportation: Provide transportation assistance when needed Education and Experience Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: At least 2 years of consistent work history License: Valid driver’s license Must be at least 21 years of age For Kirksville RCF staff, Illinois staff, and Kansas Residential staff only: Must provide evidence that incumbent is free of infectious and contagious disease, such as TB, prior to beginning employment and annually thereafter. Additional Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team setting Basic computer proficiency Prior experience in behavioral health or a related field is a plus Ready to Make a Difference?
